Industrial inspections needed to connect on-site observations with remote expert communication. Video, connected equipment data and the inspection workflow needed to work together.
Our work
The work covered software and specialized hardware for remote inspection. The assignment combined communication during inspections with documentation and scenario-based workflows.
The solution
Real-time video was combined with chat, video reports and an inspection scenario builder. IoT data formed part of the solution alongside the hardware and software supporting inspection work.
The outcome
The developed platform brought several parts of remote inspection together. Observations, expert communication and documentation could form part of one technical solution with support for different inspection scenarios.
