The challenge
Large product catalogues and several business flows need to be managed together. Purchasing, stock, sales, rental and finance place different demands on the same item and order information.
Our work
The work covered a web-based inventory platform with order and finance functions. The assignment connected goods flows with commercial processes, from purchasing and distribution to rental and invoices.
The solution
Purchasing, distribution and rental were combined with invoices, statistics and stock monitoring. Item information supported several parts of the platform rather than acting as a separate register.
The outcome
The developed platform supported connected item and business workflows. Inventory, orders and finance shared a web-based foundation for goods handling and commercial follow-up.
