The challenge
Jobseekers, employers and administrators have different needs in recruitment. The platform needed clear tools for vacancies, applications and contact for each group, while keeping the workflows connected.
Our work
The work covered user journeys, interfaces and a role-based platform. The focus was on connecting candidate profiles and job search with company advertisements and administrative moderation.
