Cooking activities and courses require bookings and participant registrations to match instructor availability. The customer’s choice of activity and the organization’s staffing are parts of the same planning task.
Our work
The work covered a web-based booking and administration system. Customer bookings were connected to participant and staff management, with instructor schedules forming part of resource planning.
The solution
Customers could choose activities and register online. Administrators managed participants and instructor schedules within the same platform, connecting booking information with staffing.
The outcome
The developed platform brought booking and resource planning together. It supported both the customer’s registration and the internal work of coordinating participants and instructors.
