The challenge
Contract handling involves preparing documents, entering information, identifying the signer and storing the record. When these steps sit in separate tools, it becomes difficult to follow the complete process.
Our work
The work covered a web platform for document templates, authentication and digital signatures. The focus was on connecting preparation, signing and storage rather than treating the signature as an isolated step.
The solution
Fillable templates and document uploads were combined with BankID and connections to Google Drive and SharePoint. The platform brought together contract content, digital identification and existing file storage.
The outcome
The developed platform connected contract preparation and digital signing in one workflow. Document handling and storage became parts of the same solution, connected to tools already used by the business.
